Stephan Tucker
Stephan is a successful program management director and mechanical engineer with more than 34 years of experience managing significant projects.
For over 20 years, Stephan worked on equity related programs with the Los Angeles Department of Power and Water (LADWP), initially as an employee and then as a consultant. His primary focus has been using data to tell the story of inequities and developing subsequent strategies to address them.
While with LADWP, Stephan also assumed a variety of managerial positions including Assistant General Manager and Manager of LADWP’s Project and Construction Management Section. In these roles, he was critical to the development and management of the Corporate Program Management Office and directly supervised major projects related to groundwater and infrastructure.
Stephan graduated with a B.A. in Religion from Morehouse College, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and an M.B.A. in General Management from Pepperdine University. He also completed a series of leadership and certification programs from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and Project Management Institute.
